Where is Wonderspaces Arizona?
We are located inside Scottsdale Fashion Square mall in the food court under the escalators. Our address is 7014 E Camelback Rd., Suite 584, Scottsdale, AZ 85251.
How long should I plan to be at Wonderspaces?
Visitors are welcome to stay as long as they please during operating hours. The average time spent at the show is 75 minutes.
What time do I need to arrive at for my timed ticket?
Please arrive within 15 minutes after your entry time. If you miss your entry time, we cannot guarantee that we will have availability when you arrive. Your ticket is only valid for the date and time purchased.
Can I change my ticket time or get a refund?
All ticket sales are final, non-transferable, and non-refundable. Ticket(s) may be rebooked only until their entrance time for a later date and time at the location of the original ticket(s) only.
Can I buy someone else’s ticket?
Only tickets purchased directly from Wonderspaces will be valid for entry. At least one member of each group must have an ID matching the name on the tickets.
Why can I only buy one ticket?
Tickets are based on availability. If only one ticket is available, that means there is only one ticket remaining for that entry time. If you are trying to purchase more than one ticket, please select an alternate time.
When will future tickets be released?
Tickets are released on a rolling basis, and online availability reflects our actual ticket inventory.
Can I wear a costume to Wonderspaces?
Costumes are welcome, however costumes including handheld props or masks that obscure a visitor’s face are not permitted inside the exhibition.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are not allowed. Service animals are allowed.
Can I bring a camera and take pictures?
Yes, non-commercial photography for personal use is welcome. We do not permit selfie sticks, tripods, props, or lighting equipment.
Can I hold a photo shoot at the show?
Photo and video shoots outside of regular hours are available for an additional rate on a case by case basis, please email hello-az@wonderspaces.com to inquire.
What should I bring to the show?
Bring your ticket, photo ID, and an open mind.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We are a cashless show; all transactions are credit- or debit-card only.
Can I bring in a backpack or bag?
Large bags are not permitted. Our coat and bag check is currently closed and we are unable to hold personal items.
Can I bring a stroller?
Yes, we allow strollers. Please note, a few installations may require visitors to leave strollers outside the installation while experiencing the artwork.
Is there an age requirement to attend Wonderspaces?
Wonderspaces is appropriate for everyone and all ages are encouraged to attend. Children under 16 require adult supervision and children under 3 can attend for free.
Is Wonderspaces ADA accessible?
Yes, we are ADA accessible.
Are food and beverages available?
Yes, we have a bar with a variety of non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages. You can check out the menu here. Outside food or drinks are not permitted.
Can I return or exchange Wonderspaces merchandise?
All sales are final - we do not accept any exchanges or returns.

Extended holiday hours December 23 from 10AM-10PM and December 24 from 12PM-7PM. Closed December 25.

The last entry window is 60 minutes before we close and all tickets must be purchased online in advance.
